Jill A. Malman

Jill Malman is a Partner of the firm of Malman, Malman and Rosenthal in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She specializes in the area of criminal and civil litigation with emphasis on general litigation. Among her other duties, Jill is in charge of all business and administrative functions for the firm.

Before joining Malman, Malman and Rosenthal Jill was an Assistant Director with the WestBar Review, a former division of the West Publishing Company. Jill directed WestBar Review Operations at the University of Miami School of Law and supervised a large staff of representatives, and coordinated with a national renowned group of Bar Review professors.

Her expertise also includes the organization of complex litigation, with particular expertise in computer skills and courtroom presentation of cases which involve sophisticated demonstrative evidence aids.

Jill is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law as well as its undergraduate program. At the Law School, Jill was editor of the Amicus Curiae, the yearbook. Jill is a member of the Florida and California Bar Associations.
